While funerals are often a time of sadness, I feel peace and gratitude. I learned a lot and was truly blessed by the experiences I've had this week. I am eternally grateful for the legacy that my grandfather, Lynwood J Child Miles, left for his family. I'm always in awe of the many amazing qualities that I see in each of my family members Jeff, Scott, Chad, Melissa and especially my mom and dad. I see in them such great examples of courage, faith, patience, service, love, wisdom, hard work, and integrity.
